Born and raised in Southern Maryland, Joshua has cemented himself in the real estate market. In addition to being a knowledgeable resident of Southern Maryland, Joshua is highly regarded by residents and business owners as a fair, honest individual with high moral compass. Not to mention his dedication to see the success and growth of the region. Joshua became a real estate agent after 6 years of working for the Department of Defense (DOD), assisting the Navy with the development/testing of avionics and ordnance. A licensed real estate agent since 2024, Joshua hit the ground running offering clients extensive expertise and attentiveness, believing expertise shouldn’t be traded for hospitality and neither one is paramount to the other. With his previous work history helping the Department of Defense, Joshua acquired a plethora of skills including communication, organization, and attention to detail, and applies these skills while conducting real estate transactions. Joshua is characterized often by his wit and intelligence, but his virtuous character should not be overlooked. He constantly strives to help clients achieve their goals. Being aware that the buying or selling process of real estate can sometimes be chaotic, Josh conveys to all clients “I am just a call away”. Believing availability is the first step to productivity. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys the simple pleasures of life, Cherishing time with family and friends, and engaging in activities that contribute positively to the community. He calls it “lending a helping hand”. Joshua has volunteered his spare time to help the “NAACP” and the “Women’s Club” in hopes this will pave a brighter future for the community.
