The O’Brien Institute of Real Estate, Inc. offers 8-week and 10-week (60-hour) pre-licensing courses designed to prepare you for success. Please note: While our program provides comprehensive preparation, the PSI state exam is not included.
About The Course
This program carries full approval from both the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) and the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC).

- Hold a high school diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or college credits.
Tuition & Fees: Total cost is $295 ($275 tuition with textbooks included, plus a $20 registration fee).
