About The Course
This course is fully approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) and the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC). Course Registration Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older to register
- Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. certificate or college credits
- Tuition (textbooks included) is $275 and Registration Fee is $20. They are paid by check or money order made out to O’Brien Institute of Real Estate, Inc. (Payments are not cashed until after the class has started)
