About The Course
This course has been approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission and the Maryland Real Estate Commission. It is very similar to a college level course and includes a leveled exam at the end. Course Registration Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older to register
- Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. certificate or college credits
- $185 Tuition (textbooks included) & $20 registration fee paid by check or money order made out to O’Brien Institute of Real Estate, Inc. (Payments are not cashed until after the class has started)
